• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process the return.



2. Refunds:

• Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
• Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded.



4. Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to Anlivian Pty Ltd.
• The original courier cost incurred during the purchase will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded as part of the return process.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Please note that certain items, such as products that have been opened or tampered with, are not eligible for return.



6. Damaged or Defective Products:

• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement.
