All orders are processed within 24 hour of receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging:We take great care in packaging your oils securely to prevent any leakage or damage during transit. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please see our Return Policy.

Return Policy

At Anlivian Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your Product purchase, we offer the following return policy to facilitate a smooth return process

1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process the return.
  
  2. Refunds:
  • Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to Anlivian Pty Ltd.
  • The original courier cost incurred during the purchase will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded as part of the return process.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
